What’s New on Payment Links+? Latest Updates You Need to Know

March 26, 2026

Over the past year, we’ve introduced several enhancements to Payment Links+, our solution that helps merchants accept payments without needing their own website. These updates give merchants and their teams greater flexibility, while delivering a smoother experience for customers.

Dynamic Return URL

Merchants can now route customers to different destinations after checkout using Dynamic Return URLs. This allows teams to control what customers see once a payment is completed and tailor post-checkout flows to specific use cases.

For example, customers can be redirected to a confirmation or thank-you page, a page with related product options, or a sign-up flow for account creation. By customizing the post-checkout destination, merchants can support repeat purchases and ongoing customer engagement after payment.

Dynamic Webhooks

Dynamic Webhooks let merchants automatically send payment events to the right systems as they happen.

For example, payment events can be routed to CRMs, accounting tools, fulfillment systems, or a merchant’s own internal platforms. By directing events to different endpoints, merchants can build automated workflows that fit how their business operates.

Merchants no longer need to manually copy and paste webhook URLs between Payment Links+ and the Merchant Dashboard. Events are automatically triggered when a charge is created, ensuring charge statuses remain synced across both systems.

Disabled Link Feature

Merchants can now disable payment links directly from the Payment Links+ dashboard, making it easier to manage active links when changes are needed—without having to wait for a link to expire.

Save Card Without Charge (NPA)

Saving card details without charging customers has been highly requested by businesses in the hospitality and rental industries that require secure card storage before service. Payment Links+ supports this through zero-amount (0 THB) authorization, allowing cards to be securely stored and authenticated without charging the cardholder.

Pending Status

Manual capture payments can now display a pending status when a payment is authorized but not yet captured. This helps prevent confusion and gives customers clearer visibility into their payment status.

White-label Installments

White-label installments allow customers to complete their installment details directly on merchants’ payment links without being redirected to a third-party page. This helps merchants offer a more professional checkout experience, while giving customers more flexible payment options.

Google Pay

Merchants can now accept payments via Google Pay using Payment Links+.
