A charge was rejected but still shows on my customer's statement, what should I do?
Last updated on June 05, 2019Charges that are shown as rejected on your Omise dashboard, may still appear on your customer's credit card statement within the first 48 hours of the charge.
This kind of record should be cleared after settlement time, which is usually by end of the day (at 22:00, but may vary across banks).
If a charge was made at 23:00, for example, it should dissappear from your customer's statement within the next 2 days. This may only happen with certain type of credit cards and banks.
If the charge still appears on your customer statement after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.
